Every 15 days we are making payments and we add always the
persons who ask for a quick refund. After receiving your documents our maximum delay is
4 weeks for the persons asking for refund within the month. The free
reimbursements, with no charges, depend strongly of our cash
available and we respect always the delay +/- 6 months.
For documents 151 we accept only documents from the shops which signed a
contract with us. For the other shops, sorry we cannot help
you, you will receive back all the documents
